Tracy Chisholm, 52, of St. Helena Island SC, passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at Beaufort Memorial Hospital. Arrangements are entrusted to Allen Funeral Home of Beaufort. We welcome you to provide your thoughts and memories on our tribute wall.
Tracey Renee Chisolm, the daughter of Lymos Chisolm, Jr. and Pearlie Mae Chisolm, was born March 3, 1969 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital in Beaufort, SC. She received her formal education at St. Helena Elementary School and went on to graduate from Beaufort High School, class of 1987. After high school, she went on to Earle C. Clements Job Corps in Kentucky where she graduated with a degree in nursing. She worked for Bayview Nursing Home in Beaufort, SC for serval years. Tracey was a selfless, loving, caring person that would give her last, feed you, clothe you, and at time she would put a roof over your head for a night or two, sometimes even more. She loved her family, and the children in the family. Anyone that knew Tracey or saw her around would always see her with one of her nieces or nephews with her.
On Tuesday, June 1, 2021, Tracey entered into eternal rest at Beaufort Memorial Hospital. She was proceeded in death by her two sisters; Vanessa Chisolm and Janet Chisolm, four uncles; Barmon Chisolm, Oscar Chisolm, Clarence Chisolm and Myess Chisolm, and two aunts; Evelena (Apple) Daise, and Rosa Polite. She leaves to cherish her memories two brothers; Jermaine (Melissa) Chisolm, Jamie I. Chisolm Sr (Bonita), three sisters; Tawona Chisolm, Jackie Chaplin, Charlsette Middleton, two uncles; Benjamin Polite, Clarence Chisolm Chaplin, six aunts; Florence Chisolm, Bentha White, Rosamae Murray, Jane Chisolm, Pamela Polite, Marie Chisolm, six nephews; Anthony Rivers, Dwayne Chisolm, Kevin Chapin, Jamie Jr., Leonard Randolph, Jermaine Chisolm Jr., seven nieces; Sharrell Chisolm, I’Laria Chisolm, Latisha Chisolm, Tawanda Chisolm, Symphany Byron, Victory Chisolm, Kala Chisolm, and thirteen grandnieces and grandnephews, a longtime companion Frank (Balongae) Chambers, good friends Richard Pickney and Ore Jenny Pickney, as
well as a host of other friends and relatives.
