Joseph R. Galloway, 74, formerly of St. Helena Island entered into eternal rest in Florida on Monday, October 4, 2021. He was the husband of Jerry Galloway, and the brother Rev. Dr. Allen W. Galloway, Helen G. Evans, and Edith G. Dortch. Funeral Services are pending at this time Allen Funeral Home and Chisholm Galloway Home for Funerals are in charge.
