Terry Arnold Capers, of Beaufort, SC  Departed this earthly life  Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at Beaufort Memorial Hospital Services are entrusted to Allen Funeral Home of Beaufort. Terry Arnold Capers affectionally called Arn (Pickle) was born January 5, 1965, he was reared in the Eddings Point Community on St. Helena Island SC. He was the son of Mr. Joe Louis and Addie Chisolm Capers who proceeded him in death also, one sister Patricia Ann Cappers. Arn as he was affectionally called, received his education in Beaufort County Schools. He was employed for many years with Thomas & Thomas Roofing Company later employed by Capers Professional Roofing Service of Atlanta, Georgia.
He was joined in matrimony to Ms. Chanel Hamilton in 1987. On Wednesday, February 24, 2021, he departed his earthly life at the Beaufort Memorial Hospital.
He leaves to cherish his memories: His daughter Ms. Melondy Arnesha Simmons, three granddaughters Alexus Simmons, Trinity Fields, and Tamyree Fields, six sisters Emily Bryant of St. Helena Island, Judy Jenkins (James) Cinderetha Washington (Donald), Debra Webb, all of the Grays Hill Community, Barbara Heyward (Alfred) of Atlanta, GA, Catrene Washington (Jamel) of Grays Hill, four brothers, Arthur Chisholm, of St. Helena Island, Carl Chisolm (Cynthia) of Charlotte N.C. Joe Louis Capers Jr. (Arlene) of Atlanta GA, Ronald Capers (Andrea) of  Columbia SC. Three Aunts Victoria Nix, Maybell Scott, and Wilma Chisholm. Two uncles, Eugene Chisholm (Wilma) of Lake Placid, FL. Thomas Capers of St. Helena Island, and a host of nieces and nephews. A special friend Wanda Herbert as well as a sister Theresa Anthony. Close friends Lorraine Doe, Gussie Herbert, Sue Polite, like a father Mr. Donald Jenkins. Special nephews Kaevon Brown and Rashard Singleton. Like a daughter Latresha Chisolm, and Jay Naisha Sneed. One special goddaughter Bria Nix and one godson Chad Frazier.
