Joseph Q. Fields, 31, of Bluffton, SC died Saturday, February 15, 2020, at Hilton Head Hospital on Hilton Head Island, SC. He was the son of Ruth Fields. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Saturday, February 22, 2020, First Zion Baptist Church in Bluffton, SC. The body will repose in the church from 12 noon until the time of service at 1 pm. Allen Funeral Home of Ridgeland in charge.
